General Information
If your parking permit has become lost or stolen, you will need to complete a 'Replacement Permit' form, available in the Parking Operations office. By signing this form, you assume responsibility for the old permit and guarantee that the old permit will not appear on the Bloomington campus. The replacement fee for a lost permit is $5.00.
The lost/stolen permit number is placed on a 'Lost/stolen permit' listing. Upon discovery of a lost or stolen permit displayed on a vehicle, Parking Enforcement issues an 'Unauthorized Permit' citation and may tow the vehicle.
Vendors & Contractors: Vendor/Service permits must be replaced at full price if lost or stolen. Contact Parking Operations for the current rate.
Lost or Stolen Permit Recovery
If a lost or stolen permit is recovered, it must be returned to Parking Operations immediately. Use of a lost or stolen permit will result in an 'Unauthorized Permit' citation and potential impoundment of the vehicle.
